Here's a lovely board from Sean Wilde in Sydney...

Beatutiful board... There was also a brown one, 2 inches shorter, but with a pintail (area pin, meaning "wide pintail")...

Lovely chines up front, with concave at the nose. Sorftish rails out the back, but also "half hard"... Basically it's probably a Hybrid Old School meets New School... But old school looks...

I like it a lot!!

(This board is in Torquay, Vic)...

Under closer inspection, it is actually "Made Somewhere in Asia"!...

Don't worry too much about the origin of the board simo!!!! There's lots of nice things that come from Asia !!!

^ Haha!

Here's some more specific comments on the board design... Remember, this is a Sean Wilde Design.

In this photo, you see the "semi hardness" (:D) in the rails at the tail... No super soft old skool, but half hard rails...

In this photo you can see some interesting chines up at the nose. It has a decent single concave between the chines...
Deep "entry concaves" give you plenty of early lift, and early speed. The usually make the board paddle faster. Channels the water under the board...
This newer design element gives the board quite a different feel to the Original 60's logs, which usually had a rolled (slight convex) bottom through that section...
