Yeah it's a good spot. Have caught up with smh there a few years back. Looking forward to the next time. Especially now his injuries are on the mend and he back out there. I recall the old road in but first time I went there was around 2000 and it's changed enormously since then. Not hard to imagine how much it had changed already by then.

Yeah Ted,had lots of good waves there & around that area, the old house used to be at the northern end when I first went there 37 years ago, when I was about 17.There used to be a train station & little shop at Dunmore,I don't know what it's like now but can imagine there is houses all around there now.

Sorry AliG didn't read the rest of your posts. I'm down in that area in Dunmore just up from where the old shop was. They've closed the road off now which is good. Gets a bit crowded on weekends. Get on back down here Ted when you can . It's still good during the week with very little crowds.

Hey smh,nah not in the area anymore mate I moved to Forster in 2000.I used to surf with all of them that I mentioned but Dunny is the only one I surf with now as he comes up here for Xmas holidays almost every year.Ive known Jeff & Jasmine since we were kids.So they closed Dunmore off hey,how do you get down to Kiama now is there a new road?I used to surf Jones Beach, Bombo & a few others down there for a while.I lived in Bass Street in Barrack Heights but I was riding a short board then.

Yeah it is . I let the dogs out to run around in the paddock out the front . Never thought I'd see the day you could ride a skateboard down that hill. Even the railway station has closed. The big new suburb up the hill is an eyesore though. Instant "locals"

To get to Kiama you've got to go all the way back up the hill to the new overpass. That's the only bummer but I don't often go south much.

No worries Ted,Dont expect to much, haha,Iv'e only been surfing a couple of times in a few months because of back problems. I was off work for about a week and a half recently because of it and couldn't even walk straight, maybe from riding a shortboard for years and old age, haha.Give me a yell when you're up here mate!

If it's through the week I will be at work, I knock off at 4,see what happens, even if we catch up somewhere?.
