I have ridden lots of pop outs from Thailand over the years and have no issues with them. Spent 10 days on a 7'2" Wayne Lynch pin tail a few weeks back and loved it. Not much fun in lots of wind but otherwise it went insane. GL knows a few things about how to make a good board - I am sure they will perform well.

The good thing about pop outs is when you find one you like or love even, its easy to replace

Was there someone asking about 10 footers recently ?

This might be the one that does the trick.

Reminds me a bit of the Surftech Bear Waikiki Special which was a pretty special board IMO.

Naish have done them for a while, they weren't Lopez logo'd but seen a few over the years, the ones I've seen look pretty good.

Looks like another BIC crapstick to me, support the hand made shapers

Gerry was also in North Shore and whilst he was a better actor than Occy, he was still only in it for the money

I'm wondering if Gerry has signed a deal with Naish, which says he can't shape his customs... ???

There were a few Lopez custom boards at Patagonia Torquay. I think he shaped a half dozen boards here, when he was in town...
