Your gopro would have recorded your barrel and air if you'd remembered it.

One of your mates (i think) was carrying on about his own awesome air but you'd paddled north by then.

At one stage there was a massive ray with a 2m+ wingspan just drifting along underneath me. That would have tested the unit. I think that was before you turned up though.

Oh really Legion..which bloke were you? Did you see my 12sec barrel with 540 aerial exit
The unit was transfered from my other katana, havnt been eaten yet so I say it works zaps me every now and then when grabbing the board by the tail....comforting coz u know it's on .....was dark this morning!!!!!
its 6'3 x 20 x 2 1/2. Rails have been lowered a bit from my last one (was 6'2)

Its way more fun to zap your mates when they least expect it

You were out in the morning early? Then it wasn't you and Dave has been two-timing you. This was mid-arvo and a guy on a board with the same spray, yellow/orange/red, black rails and a gopro mount up the nose. And he looked a bit like I might imagine a "mocha", with olive skin. He was with one mate with dark shoulder length hair but I thought three others in the vicinity might have been with them, one of whom was going on about the air. Mistaken identity if you weren't doing the arvo shift.

Still haven't had much of a report Mocha..?

Although I couldn't tell, until I'd had a few sessions on my Phudd..
Mind you, its definately a case of the old saying, you don't know what you got til its gone..

I had to put my Phudd in for some repairs (nasty nasty northern reef), and took out my previous board during the week.

Fkcuk,,, I missed the Phudd !! (After the holiday in Sumatra, I think I've become one with my Phudd)

Havnt had any really good waves to report on yet Quirk- just so so waves, board goes good it's quick and responsive but I havnt really had the opportunity to give it a good test. Even this morning was FROTHING but again it was very disappointing conditions wise big lumpy unruly waves at Scabs....maybe tomorrow
