Just wondering if anyone has any advice on elbow injuries, exercises etc.. not sure what I have done exactly but it's been giving me grief for awhile. I'm in Mandurah area if anyone can recommend any physio or something that's helped.
Elbows suck. I have had one on the left - hyperextension when hit by a wave - and one on the right (hyperextension when playing volleyball with exercise ball - thanks GMAS).
Both took a couple of years to heal. Now they grind nicely.
massage sore spots HARD. Get a ball and do grip strengthening exercises.
