I have to make some glassing stands. Because the blanks is an ultra, I am going to laminate it and put it in a plastic bag and let it cure for two weeks before I Fillercoat it and see if that makes it harder.

That looks awesome bro all by hand or did you get it pre-shaped on the computer? Are you glassing it yourself?

Its a hand plane, I was using the AKU shaper but since I am not doing large numbers of boards and some times when you tweak your design on the program it cuts something totally different. At least when you using a planer you cut exactly what you want.
Thanks for the post

SINGLE LAYER 4 0Z, TOP AND BOTTOM + TOE
CURING FOR TWO WEEK IN PLASTIC BAG BEFORE FILLER COAT.
A BIT RUSTY. HAVEN'T GLASSED FOR TEN YEARS. BUT A HELL OF A
LOT CHEAPER THAN GETTING IT GLASSED A THE FACTORY.
IF I DID A CUSTOM ORDER FOR SOME ONE.
BLANK IS $92.00 GLASSING $260.00 TOTAL $352.00 THAT WITHOUT ANY OF MY COSTS.
BUT YOU CAN BUY CHEAP IMPORTS STARTING FROM $350.00.
