I drove the Recharge foil at Lake Silvaplana last August. Respectively I drove the original of the Maui Ultra Foils. When I was at the Windsurfing Silvaplana surf station, 4 recharge foils were ready for testing during a test event. The foil drove very well and is certainly competitive with a Starboard GTR Foil and costs only 1599 ?. The Recharge / Maui Ultra Foil drove very well and was easy to sail with sails up to 8.6 because of the not too big wing (840 cm2).
