2012 Australian Wavesailing Nationals

Hey everybody! Thank you again for your involvement in this years 2012 Wavesailing Nationals - supported proudly by Severne, Hot Sails Maui, Starboard, Airsickness and QLD Freewave Association. It was a great week and I look forward to having the opportunity of getting another one together in the future. It was a big learning experience for me, and has given me lots to improve on for the next time, as well as great memories. Just a quick update on the post event wrap up.

The guys at AIRSICKNESS (airsickness.com) are in the process of sorting the footage and cutting together something beautiful, so stay tuned for this coming very soon.

Anyway, thanks again to all involved - especially Severne, Hot Sails Maui, Starboard, Airsickness and QLD Freewave Association for all their support. Also thanks to Ryan Kelly for his amazing jetski driving skills, to Chris Powell for his assistance in the organisation of the event, Dean Hendrie for his amazing effort as Head Judge under sometime difficult circumstances, Tim Williams for his council approval efforts, Christine Ballinger for her master cookery, David Johnston for the amazing trophies, Whitecaps for documenting the event with her lens and of course; last but in NO WAY least - ALL OF YOU for pitching in and helping out when needed to make things run smoothly.
