I've seen how these tables work, you sit down, and then food appears.

Fed up with having his wine pinched, Flysurfer comes up with a way of making sure no one from Master Chef would drink it.
He hasn't figured out how to get the wine back off the bear, but he's working on it.
He's got the bear necessities that means a bear can rest at ease he's got the bear necessities of life.
