What can i say. My treasured custom wave board came off the roof today somewhere between the Karnup and Lakes Road exits on the Forrest highway near Mandurah.

The board is sky blue in colour and was lovingly made by Decrepid. It's called a Wave Wand and has a a small Tushinham sticker on the nose and has a
"shaped by mike layzel" sticker on the tail. The bottom is just plain. I noticed it pretty much straight away but by the time i had backed tracked it was gone.

I would really love this board back as it was made for me as its unreal.

I will happilly pay a reward for its return. Please contact me on 0438978175.

Oh no mate!!!!!
I thought I had a picture of it finished, but all I can find are the production photos.

Strange it had disappeared so quickly, have you tried the cops?

NNNooooooooOOOOooooo!!!!!

That board was awesome!!!!

Errrr... no, it was a bucket of poo. Horrible to sail. Yes. That's why you should give it back immediately.

On the plus side it's truly one of a kind so there's no way it could make it back to the windsurfing community without someone noticing...

man thats crap....

but would it not be scary asking the cops if it was found...

what if it caused an accident..ya damned if ya' do and damned if ya' dont.

obviously you didnt hear of any accidents caused by a board that night?

hope it finds it's way back to ya'

how many windsurfers on here have recovered their boards reasonably intact after a roof mishap?

We never did hear of the condition of the board when it was returned.
Is it OK Ben?

It was all good apart from a damaged fin.

Looked like it had landed flat and skated along the freeway (@100kmh) on the bottom of the board bag only damaging the fin.

As you can tell by the wind and wave lull we are experiencing Bender wants to play with his baby again

Lack of wind shouldn't stop Bender from sanding his fin though
