Gday I picked up this old windsurfing board and have fixed up everything it needed but now I'm looking for a set of fins to fit and apparently they haven't made fins to fit this board for years I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can find a set of fins to fit or if there's a way to make a modern set fit???
Thanks :)

Ah, the old Bombora!!!!!
Im pretty sure you can use a US box type of fin but hopefully somebody has an old centreboard lying around to help you out.
Out of curiosity what model is it??
Capricorn, Big Toy???

Us fin box fin should work on this? only need a smallish fin for the rear, 12" or less. Sailboard shops will have them and most paddle board fins are that type, although they will probably want more than you paid for the board for a new one.
Luckily The Allgaier centreboard is quite common. If you are in Brisbane there is one for sale on Gumtree. Or hit up your local recycling centre. Might even score some other gear if your lucky.

Question regarding the Allgaier centreboard.
Is this a system that could be retrofitted to a more modern board say an older formula board or the like?
Or is it pre moulded in the blank

Speak to Sam at windsurf and snow in Sydney. I purchased a few centreboards a few years back for some beginner boards I think they came from a Tiga board.
