Had a big session today and It got me thinking...Not only that I'd forgotten to put sunscreen on my feet but how long I'd spent on the water. Once I got my data from my GPS I had sailed for a total time of 5 hours and 11 minutes, Other then a quick sail change this was one complete session....I'm going to have to invest in a camel back for the summer. I wasn't powered up all the time, A lot of slogging but I covered 45 km in the 5 hours.
What's the biggest session you've had?
This was one of my sessions from Safety Bay last summer. I got to the point where I thought I was continuously going round and round. I think I got 80kms or something out of one of these days.
