Hello windsurfers,
We are the UNSW windsurfing club, and as student club we don t have much money 
. Therefore, this is a call for generosity 
: If you have old gear that you don't use anymore (wetsuit with holes, bases, booms, sails, mast), you can offer them a second youth and make some student happy 
.
We also collect boards if they have a screw or a nutlike system (we don t collect those with a slice system in order to keep our gear into 2 defined formats).

I seize that opportunity to also advertise the club. We do trips over WEs on a regular basis, where we rent a beach house and sail all day. Email me for more info.

PS : Bruce, if you are reading this, thanks a lot for your board. It is perfect for ppl learning to jibe ! And I am almost ready to go for our wave session.
forgot to mention, UNSW is in the eastern suburbs of sydney, but we can pick up stuff from anywhere.

Hi Formula nova,
I do have some problems with the english terms.
Screw system : you screw the 8mm thread from you base into a piece of metal that is in the board. Typically former onedesigns us that system
Nut system : the system where you have a 8mm thread with a nut at the end. On your board, you have some rail with a wide end where you can get the nut in, slide the mast to the desired position and screw it tight. All the newer boards (after 80 s s)have this awesome system. The only difference with the first system is that you have an extra nut. Appart from that the mast bases are identical.
Slice system : your mast is ending by a piece of hard plastic that you just stick into a whole in the board. That always comes out, and we are trying to get rid of that system. Thise boards cannot be used with the other two systems
