I don't want to sound negative but does anyone else think we will get the 30+ NE Seabreeze in Newcastle over the weekend. The forecast looks too good to be true Surely not !!!!
Could be flood rain if we do..Best get to Budgy and sail before the water level rises and there's no flatwater left..

I can't sail Saturday have ice hockey down in Penrith :( I love chop .....
Looking like a Pasha Bulker storm by the forecast....if it does arrive its going to be incredibly wet!
I noticed the models have been switching back and forth through the week from 20 - 40 Knots.........all the models seem to be pointing toward the higher end now.
Tie down your loose furniture!
Should be interesting to watch from a wet headland. The tides don't get much higher. Pasha Bulka? Could have a coal ship on the front lawn.
there is a reason why those arrows are brown... at least in Sydney the rain that comes with the low will make the the ocean akin to a waste treatment plant.

People in low lying areas of Newcastle will be getting nervous. We're on tank water and on top of a hill . This type of system is the only time the creeks run and the dams fill so send it all up here..
The wind today was strong but gusty.
There was a large difference between peak gust speed and the minimum.
Nothing like the pasha bulka or April '15 storm though
Didn't see anyone on Lake Macquarie

I got my carer to take me for a car trip ( whoopee..out of the house) and one guy launching at Coal - looked ok for B & J 10-25kts although it died a bit later. A few out at Marmong but looked very patchy with big chop.
