I can't take all this wind. It has been a hard lesson, another in a long list of similar lessons that shake my fondness for truth.

I was out a Reddy yesterday. The best bump and jump conditions I have seen for years and I sailed like my old mum. Ended up with forearm pump. Thank God. It gave me a reason to stop punishing myself.

hi jp - can it be too windy?

i also read that la nina means stronger winds in east coast of oz but less winds in west coast of oz. el nino is opposite.

hi greenleader.

cheers for the awesome dvd's. they rock!

The purple arm is from that crash up at burrum.
The stitches in my back was from a mole removed yesterday.
so im out for a few days.

Hey have you guys been getting any good runs at burrum the last few days.

After you guys left the wind went southerly and became very, very gusty.
We had a sail at high water on sunday which was just plain uncomfortable.

Besides I'm having chest pains from a bruised a rib on my sternum, funny thing is I can't remember how it happened

definately a great job mr love. all of the designs look outstanding on the water compared to ther sails on the market.

the sail in my avatar is a virgin 2008 4.7m Kaos. it was a joy to use. i was very happy to be on the 4.7 as that was the windiest day i have sailed in about 12 years. the Kaos was very balanced.

windy,

i still have been using the 5.3 every other day in this cyclonic system. and it has been howling. i figured i should use a 4.7 at least once and the Kaos being a hardcore sail would stop me looking to soft. plus it was rigged and ready to go with a 70lt wave board. who could resist
