How about make a mold and 'cast' it with a mold making kit. Here's some general ones from amazon to give you an idea:https://www.amazon.com/Moldmaking-Casting-Pourable-Starter-Kit/dp/B000QCHVC2
I think making the mold for that would be pretty easy, it's finding the right material to use to make it strong enough. I wouldn't think it would be that hard, but not sure...
