I didn't give it a red thumb, but was tempted.

I'll take both for the prices you ask...if you fill them up with 2014 windsurfing gear and deliver them to me here in Vic?

Get Paul the new Ford Transit custom. Now available in OZ. It's a 5 star van. The pick of the current crop.

They come with a load barrier. The new Transit also has retractable roof racks which drop into recesses in the roof when not in use. Saves you gallons on fuel, don't know why it hasn't been thought of before.

Obviously there are some with too much time. Thanks for the response Mark.

If I was looking for a cheap windsurfing van, I'd be more than happy to see the post.
It's a damn sight more applicable than a lot of posts..

Now have what must be one of the best value windsurfing vans going.
Ex ambulance Merc Sprinter. Room for 11ft SUPs and a dream to drive. Just have to remove the body parts from the interior!

Pauls taking delivery of his new car soon John!
Looks good!

So this is what you do to an IMAX with crappy no fold, no change budget seats to get you through when you have a tribe of kids and important sporting equipment needs.

1.Get a front double tradesmans seat from Iload at wreckers
2.Remove the rear 3 seater bench
3.remove the 1/3 seat from middle row
4. install 1 at rear, bit forward of where the original 3rd row sits

I just picked up my van, have had it professionally done full compliance etc, can fit 1 -2 boards, rigs, paddles etc up to 255cm down the RHS, wet gear box's etc in rear, can take boards out and put in mountain bike also, head rests off so my SUP can slide over top of seats when no kids in.

Probably need to keep improving on SUP so I can get to a 8FT board so it can sit done side, currently on a 9ft 6.
When and if I have 'too much time' I might make a ply floor shelf thingy that perhaps the sails sit under and boards go on top...no rush for that it does the job fine for now.

For Sale 4 Hyundai IMax Sets!

Does anyone have any ideas of the annual rego cost of these sort of vans in WA? How about 3rd party insurance?
