I am curious how many people reached 40 + knots at Burrum Head.
Matthew's achievement stimulated me to try to find the answer.
So I ran a filter at KA70 but seems that somehow the filter doesn't take care of location ( or am I doing something wrong? )
That could be very interesting to create even a table of all sites/locations in OZ presenting how many sailors managed to get 40+.
So far I counted 9 sailors posting 40+ logs on KA at Burrum and many more as ANON
looks like you also need some other filter, I seriously doubt 73kts was done by somebody sailing a windsurfer on water
I did a 40.3 kts peak on the day after the windiest in 2016. But only a 39.8 x 2 seconds. 
Mathew did it the other day. (40.01kt x 2 sec)
I am also very curios if anyone else has at that venue, and when. 
Andrew, This comes up when you search KA72 for Burrum Heads and speeds greater than 40 kts. Not many over 15 years. A reflection on the scarcity of opportunity for the location.

Nice work Macro. It's easy to copy/paste the data from KA72 into Excel. I was doing this the day after each session to see how everyone was going - for example (with chart also):
I was thinking with this data we could do a comp during February, where these results become race placings and you could drop a certain number of races (ie days), with plus one point than the number of sailors who did sail if you didn't sail that day? Lots of ways to do it, but not sure we want to go down that track. It's easy to do post-event, as the data is all there.
We do have a list for each location in TAS where sailors have sailed over 35 knots (with their speeds for the top three), plus this one for all sailors who have done over 40 knots:
