I suggest we add a levelling category to the GPSTC results. Each session you must provide a photo of yourself for the session, and others can vote you an adjustment to your 2Sec peak speed.
Surely everyone agrees that it would be beneficial to allow a community-based adjustment, so that the most stylish sailors can be recognised for the benefit they bring to the sport.
eg:
would be a +5kt adjustment and
/images/misc/forum-image-missing.gif
would be a -5kt adjustment.
Just to prove that I have no vested interest in the scheme, I attach the most recent photo I have of myself sailing (circa 1994, in Mooloolaba.)
Dylan.
Dylan +5 seksi points for the hot wettie and for being a trendsetter with the pretty sail with aqua pink trim( pastels colors are back, all the fashion conscious seksi sailors will be using them next year)
But don't the Moreano's get the maximum possible seksi point score of 10
The best photos of me are either ones shot from my helmet cam (although they show my gay boy gloves)
Or ones from a distance, the more distant the better
I'd give those 3 guys +1kt as they are just having a go at speedsailing with what looks to be an old NP RAF Speed sail, minus some batterns and downhaul
