Nice one.

I went to the Wings Over Illawara air show today with my son. Gusting above 40 knots, no planes could fly except the F18 fighters !

Nice to see someone actually sailing there in a SWer. When I lived down there I pretty much sailed alone every time the wind turned SW. I always wondered if there was a better place somewhere else that I didn't know about. Added bonus is that in a SWer you can rig on the grassy area near the river mouth and then launch right from there.

Longy was awesome yesterday albeit it for about 45 minutes. Logo/mast high and cross off. Not many out...

There were perfect waves way out on the Long Reef bommie, unfortunately the wind refused to swing to the SWest, and was rarely even at WSWest. The shore dump up towards the 'pole' ate my mast after only one ride. So I'm in the market for a 430 SDM that has a bend curve suitable for a North (12 years young) Vortex wavesail; all '2 good 2 B true' and free offers considered.
