Looks like Rockdale Council are trying...
Took these last Friday whilst waiting for the wind which never rally arrived.
It's that time of the year again... some are not bad, but some are pityfull, must be relatives of the councilors 
. The funniest I witnessed was when one of the works consisted in colorful cubes and a family of overweight people proceeded to lay their pizzas on top to have a picnic and was immediately surrounded by security guards !
