Gday everyone,
Heat 3 of the NSW GPS Freerace series is scheduled for either Saturday or Sunday this coming weekend (6th or 7th December), on Botany Bay.
We would prefer to run on Saturday, but the forecast is still pretty variable so we will make the call on Thursday evening. Launch spot will depend on wind direction.
Look forward to catching up with everyone. Will post more details closer to the weekend.

Its a been a tricky week for the organisers, with the forecast swinging around for both days. However this morning it looks good for Sunday so we will lock in the event.

BOM Meteye forecast showing a 15-20 knot nor-easter, which is perfect for there.
We will meet at the yellow stormriders trailer for rego from 12 noon. Entry is only $20 for the day.
Please make sure that your GPS is charged and your memory card is inside and working.
Sorry if the reschedule to Sunday means that you can't make it, but we need to sail when there is the best chance of wind.

Will be good to see you Berowne. The idea is to stay upwind of the line between end of the runway and the Kyeemagh "south ramp".
Remember scoring is based on average speed over the 30 minute period.
Mark I will throw a spare impact vest in the car for you. Bring all your speedster mates!
