Notice to all NSWWA members...
Unfortunately we've been unable to secure permits for this event in time for this coming weekend (16th & 17th) so much to our disappointment we must cancel. We apologise for the late notice, We do plan to reschedule something later in the season. Our next event [b](State Titles) will go ahead as planned from February 20th to the 23rd, Hope to see you all there.[/b]

In any case the forecast suggests that LongReef is probably going to be THE SPOT this Friday & Saturday - regardless of any formal permits.
I'm sure an informal gathering - as per any other good wind & wave day - will provide a lot of re-union/comeraderie for those suitably skilled and prepared.
Im not sure if I still have the necessary fitness or skills - but I hope to give it a bash anyway; and watch those that have.

LongReef - Makaha might be ok.
Alternatively the southern end of NEWPORT BEACH will hopefully have good waves for the forecast SSE 15-20kn
I hope it's a lot warmer than today.
