Hi all,
Has anyone launched from Narrabeen Lakes Sailing Club (Southern and more Easterly shore) than the Middle Creek Reserve (in the Western end).
Never tried it myself and curious if there's any issues there?
N,Easter forecast to go more NNE today.
Cheers,
P

Bit late now but a few launch from Jammo. Mostly guys on formula gear as its easier to get back. Lot of sand/weed banks in that area so be careful. If its proper NE and strong it can be good fun.
No sailing club there now (burnt down) but still they race out of there, super crowded on a weekend.

Don't waste your time, it's not worth it imo. Go to Pittwater (golf course) or if you don't mind the drive Botany Bay, Kyeemag (airport) or Kurnell for a proper sail. The runs are so short in the lake and it's so gusty...
