I'm in Sydney staying at Yowie bay this week can anyone tell me where to sail and when its worth it I'm thinking the airport runway? Slalom or speed not wave.

Definitely end of Bestic St, Kyeemagh. Should be no problems parking mid-week.
Tuesday looks to be the day...good wind guaranteed, since it's the day I've booked my car into the mechanic. 
Hey Glynn, heres a map of the top carpark and sailing area at Kyeemagh (ignore the freerace area labels). You can only access it coming from the north - if coming from the south (ie Yowie Bay), go just over the Cooks river, then take the exit to the left called "Kyeemagh Avenue" / Loop Road - it loops around to the left under the bridge, then lets you join the main road heading south.

Yes but it was blowing offshore and was worried about the traffic so I bailed thinking it was a fizzer.
Sail until 7pm or when the wind dies Glynn, then you don't have to worry about the traffic
