Hi All,
Do you know of any junior members who would like the opportunity to learn how to windsurf from a 5 times world sailboard champion, who is also the National Windsurfing Coach ??? If yes please keep reading...
Max Wojcik (National Windsurfing Coach) has identified the need for more junior coaching and teaching with regards to Windsurfing in Qld, specifically South East Queensland. To cater for this need Max will be delivering Australian Sailing's learn to windsurf course to run over 2 days at various locations around the SEQ area.
The first stop is Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club on the 15th+ 16th of April (over Easter). The clinic is open to current sailors with at least 6 months of sailing experience and who are 11-16 years old. This is a first in first served clinic, so get your registrations in quickly!

Thanks a lot (Scot Farley - President WQ)
I would really recommend this to anyone thinking about it. I have seen the huge improvement to the beginner's youth fleet at RQ with Max and the coaches there. They are now doing mini triangular courses. Scary fast.
Although Max is a multiple time world champion, his lessons always emphasise 'fun' as the main goal and I know first hand that he is a very encouraging coach.

Yes a great team at RQ
My son Max is having a great weekend at RQYS.
Recommend giving your kids a treat :-). A weekend on the water building skills.
Can't get down to Cootharaba for Easter but will Max be doing any more clinics? I'd bring my troops down for a weekend at RQ. Better yet if people wanted to come up to the warmth for a winter or spring clinic up this way!!
