Hi back to Elanda point for some more fun and games
There is a good turn up of us regulars.
I missed the big winds yesterday reports are that everybody was well satisfied.
Long board weather today. Plus quite a few beginner rigs out on the water
Boards collecting by my van!! 'Jeffrey Point'
Had a great time - 3 hours on the water on the phantom ( love my phantom) with the 8.5 sail. Mainly blasting back and forwards with the crew.
Hope there's enough wind in the next 2 weeks to progress onto short board
Cheers Jeff
Hi Jeff
Wow - have you got a licence for all those boards lol. Impressive.....
Which one is the phantom?
We will be up there next week so some more beginners rigs on the way woo hoo.
Hoping to catch up with you next week - we get there on Wednesday to Boreen Point.
With Cyclone Ita up north some winds should be coming our way over the holidays.
Have a great time
Hi Morgan
Not all my boards :-)
Just the parking area for my mates when we sail here during the holidays
Saves carrying the boards back up to the camp sites.
Getting a regular group each school holidays now - good company
My phantom is the long board carbon one resting on its fin in the background. It has a life jacket strapped to the nose as protection ;-)
Cheers Jeff
Ps hope to see you up here soon
Hey Jeff,
Thought you had scanned my brain for a while as that fleet were all on my roof at one stage. And there you are at one of the nicest places to blast around on a longboard, especially up to Kinaba or over to Teewah.
For your Easter amusement, I had
home made epoxy board, King Cobra (yours in pic is Cobra Race), F2 lightning ASA, Speed Pro Am, Silver Speed, White Speed, F2 Lightning, F2 Lightning , Mistral Equipe 2, F2 Lightning World Cup Carbon, and in a rebirth for retirement I just shipped a gorgeous 2003 Mistral PanAm (similar equipe2) up from Sydney. Can I come and play?
Peter (might be at Boreen Monday)
How is your time at Cootharaba going Jeff.
Keep looking for your updates. Like hearing about your adventures mate.
Somerset is not a breath of wind nice and smooth in the Dam - out later for a wakeboard. Looking forward to catching you up on Wednesday or Thursday.
Cheers
Morgan
