This is so cool.

It's the first time since Barcelona since we brought a medal home ( Lars Kleppich brought home Bronze from Barcelona 92). Go Go Grae as he is known, is well positioned to actually win the event but, as we know in windsurfing there are never any guarantees with wind playing a big part in a sailors strength or weakness and the many other technicalities of the sport meaning that a very small mistake can make a big difference in the results.

I'm trying to organize the final to be on the screens at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron tonight at 10.00pm. 578 Royal Esplanade, Manly QLD. I'll keep you all posted but keep this evening free if you're keen.

I've also emailed channel 9 to see if they can get a crew down to capture us cheering Grae home. Please let me know if anyone has any direct contacts at C9. It would be so good to capitalize on this event to get the publicity the spot needs to get some real momentum here in Australia.
