Howdy all
Anyone know where i can hire some sailing gear for the upcoming SE blow and a location to sail. i am here from the 4/32018 to the 23/03/2018. Or maybe if you have a spare rig i could meet you and have a sail with you.

Howdy Andrew Thank you for the reply, i would be happy to sail with any rig, i normally sail with a fanatic freewave n 5.0 north hero unless over 30 knots i use a naish waveboard but happy to have a sail, lake or ocean is good.

Gday Grich62 ! No data! just sailing today mate. Started on 7.5 lion. Honking til overpowered. Dropped to 6m.The 380 raceboard likes to submarine thru the back of the wave infront when pushed hard off the wind. It runs very flat. Even with track back.Give me the 90s Speed F1 on the windy days....

Day 3 of RB Rippin. Found the crew sitting on the beach wondering if their 6.0s would cut it?? Chucked my 7.5 Lion up n fanged into the brown n foamy yonder. Fully powered up.Really testing what i can handle on 7.5. Awesome full power sailing session again. CB gasket gone n cant get into both straps on current F1board. Its set up for someone much smaller. Still Clocked around 24kts.
Day 4. looking good for a dawn patrol. 0540 wind is still honkin. YEEEWWWWW!!!!

I think he means 30knts of board speed,
When you've reached that goal Andrew bring it down to queens for a blast in the bump n jump arena

Great speeds on the RB OS was good wind yesterday at GB had fun on my 5.5 and 85 ltr board cranking quite a few over 30 knot runs, dropped out though as usual though arriving late think I missed the best of the strongest gusts.

30kts board speed Can regularly hit 26-28kts. 30kt is proving quite elusive. But i have sailed both in winds about 30kts.Board in foreground is old 90s Speed F1 Raceboard. 7.5m Ezzy Lion. A great board. The rear is Starboard Phantom 380 Raceboard. 9.5m Ezzy Lion.

Lungs, now thats a challenge!! Let me get my favourite board back from finbox repair. This other RBs footstraps are in wrong spot for my stance. So im just along for the ride on this one, digging my toes into the deck @ 24kts though! I can jump RB on the flat here at GB. So shouldnt be too hard to get airtime over that reddy lump n chunk. Lets get some footage!!!
