Keen to hear of others' experiences using the Blast or any other similar setup for foiling (I've never foiled before). I reckon I would use it half foiling and half freeriding. Would this be a viable option or would I be better off looking for a dedicated foil board?
The first thing a competent foiler tells you when you ask them about foil gear, is to purchase a new generation foil and dedicated foil board.

You'll end up foiling more and more and then you'll wonder why you didn't buy a dedicated board.
I echo the people who say you won't use a big freeride very often/at all once you start foiling.
