From wich year is JP slalom VII, what year/month was that board available for purchase?
As I remember this board is from 2011, but why then this board is in JP catalog 2012 ?

Yep 2012 boards, 2011 were the same but without the red stripe.
2013 they changed and 2010 totally different with the introduction of their speed boards

PWA slalom Costa Brava 2011(May), I see at 1:20 AA use that board with red stripe
JP catalogues are correct. It's AA, they get them early well before product realised to the general public.. Newest is (generally) Always released or become available 6months earlier than the 'actual year too'

Were ordinary people able to buy a JP slalom VII in spring 2011 or spring 2010?
I find this board was introduced to the world in December 2010.
"JP Australia Slalom VII 2011
5th December 2010
JP Australia introduce the new Slalom VII for 2011After dominating the PWA 2009 and 2010 Slalom season (Antoine Albeau FRA-192 crowning himself 2x Slalom World Champion on JP) shaper Werner Gnigler introduces the seventh generation of JP Slalom boards for 2011. He is supported by Antoine and Micah Buzianis USA-34 who demonstrate how the boards work on the water. mpora.com/videos/UQ4hcwc7R"

Board manufacturers generally release next years boards the season before (2012 boards were released in 2011) Antoine would've had access to the boards well before others, because he's Antoine (arguably JP Australias' top slalom rider at the time).
I had the model before that one (without the red stripe) it was stupid quick. I didn't have the skill level to ride it properly at the time (and probably still don't) it would've killed me if I tried.
There are two digits in the serial number on the board which has it's year
Which year is this board ?

Yes I also think like this looking at my archive pictures..
I think it is an 2011 first 4 digits model or something then the year
Yes that make sense, this is consistent with my memories and phtographs.

They are 2012 boards built in July 2011 and purchased in September 2011.
