Haven't used one but it's a Dutch based company which have been making masts and booms for about 10 years. It's one of the best selling mast brands in the Netherlands with many satisfied customers. The masts are very reliable and I haven't heared any stories of them breaking.
From what I've read on the dutch forum the masts work very good in any type of sail/ brand depending on which curve you buy. If you're looking for a new masts for a race sail the Unifibers also work fine but from what Í've heared there is some small lack in performance.
If you're looking for a reliable, affordable good performing mast Unifiber will do the job!
Anyone used Unifiber masts before. The company seems to have one to suit all my sails. Cheers.
I've used a Unifiber 370 80% rdm (constant curve ) all summer in my small Loft racing blade and has been sweet. haven't had it in the surf only flat water speed sailing. nice looking and performing product and well priced. all up used it about 30 times are now looking at changing my bigger masts to Unifiber as well.
Ahoy Nazsail, I previously had a constant curve RDM 100% 400cm unifiber mast that I used in simmer wave sails. I was very happy with rigging and performance. It lasted a couple of years before I snapped it getting compressed onto shallow reef under a big heavy wave. I don't know whether any other mast would have survived, was a fair bit of user error involved.... it appeared well made and was a decent price.
