I had thoughts about this board as being a 8,5 board as well as my 7,0 and 7,8 ,but with my 100 kgs it is a sinker with full wetsuit
and a 8,6 race sail ,but boy has it got some top end ,Gybes beautiful ,but feels it needs more wind than i thought ,its short and high rocker which puts it in the medium wind category ,maybe if you are light it would suit you as a lighter wind board ,standing on the nose is a NO NO, all the volume is a the rear ,to tell ya truth I think i should of kept my 77 , may sell ,may not ,give it a few more goes ,its not a big board .I should of watched Matteos vid as he says its quite good with a 6,5 too ,

Nice board. How many litres? I thought starboard were adding litres to their newer models rather than reducing, for a 73cm board.
My 2018 107L 71 wide uphauls very easy at 80kg with a 7.8m sail.
