Thanks Geoff. Not much to see really except a swollen foot and a special shoe. Big Thanks to everyone who helped today, Ty, Gazza, Dean Ryles and especially Max's Penny for taking me to and from Noarlunga Hospital. Sure is a great windsurfing community we have here in SA.
