Hi all,
Seen a few similar posts here about where to sail in the Adelaide area. I've been down to Seacliff a few times since moving here last year but I reckon I need some local knowledge. Do people get in touch with each other to see where everyone's heading to? Is there anywhere likely to be worth a trip tomorrow?
I'm pretty easy to spot as I have OTC stickers on my sails - hope to meet some of you on the water soon,

Cheers,
Giles

Bugger - was looking at the BOM current observations at the airport which didn't look convincing. Is North Haven likely to be good tomorrow?

Hey Giles,

I'm new to the area as well (emigrated from the UK in March).

Have you managed to get out much? Id be keen to get out at some point.

Cheers

Matt

There's also a South Aussie windsurfers Facebook page. You can post on there if you thinking of going out and you might get some suggestions where will be good. I'm also relatively new to Adelaide.

Hi All,
I am new to Adelaide too and I must say that I am surprised to see not a single sail on the water at Seacliff today despite the fairly good conditions.
Where I come from (i.e. Brittany in France) there would have been hundred sails and kites everywhere along the coast.
So tell, me am I missing something here?

Cheers,

We tend to sail Seacliff on a SW wind. It is commonly not great on a northerly. Try there tomorrow after the wind swings around.
