Only the same as day st in regards to tack, the water is crystal clear (not brown like Middleton) with dolphins swimming around. Well I hope they were dolphins

Once again a great weekend in a West Coast Paradise. Thanks to Maxa for bringing it all together and for the sponsors backing it to reward the crew for their efforts.
Surfing, Supping and Wavesailing weekends. Should be more of it.
Happy Australia Day Frothers.

Great shots, especially the one "Joiter"... Looks a bit light but better than the crap we had here.

Happy Australia Day.
Unfortunately for some it was back to work while the Eyre peninsula has been blowing hard all day.
Just a few more pics from yesterday where it was good to see new faces catch up with old faces and watch the grommets having a ball.
The essence of the West Coast.

It was a great weekend. Massive thanks to the locals and sponsors that helped to make it work, especially Maxa. Even bigger thanks to Rossy at OES for Bondy's new board, what a great prize.

What a week. So many awesome memories. My girls had a great time too. They got to see dolphins, a stingray, seals, a wombat, kangaroos, lizards and a live brownsnake on the road on the way home.
If you havent been over the west coast you should definitely come over next year.
Thanks to Maxa for putting a great weekend together and to all the other Eyre peninsula crew for their hospitality (Marty, Zac, PK, Eric & Rossi)
Still absolutely blown away that i won the OES board (Thanks Pete). Cant wait to get it on the water and will definitely be taking it to Cactus in 4 weeks time.

Another year of the WCWC done. Big thanks to all the travellers that made the effort to get over again.
BIG THANKS to the sponsors that gave vouchers & goods for the preso night
-Pete Ross from OES donated a brand new 83l quad, the winner of that was Bondy
-Onboard donated a Rip Curl wetsuit , won by some bloke called Maxa (not rigged). Everyone that sailed gets a voucher from Onboard for $60 ($10 per visit), I'll send in the names to them, so next time you're in store pick one up.,
-Simon from Dextersurf online shop donated $100 voucher won by Russ, & $50 voucher won by Gareth , & a Fanatic cap & volcano

Bondy donated a big bottle of wild turkey but thankfully had most of that himself.
Special thanks to Eric for his top class pictures.
It's great to see all the families coming over & having a good time.
Seeya all next year. We'll be here. Maxa
