I agree Jez and seeing we've hardly had any events on this year because the wind hasn't played its part on the day it will give member some value for money. But does that mean everyone gets one each year they join, they'll have a cupboard full of WT tees

As has been discussed in previous posts membership in WT is at all time low .
Sponsorship,of Ts ,Hoodies skivies , could be accomplished, to fit the right amount of dollars to join,WT.
My 2 cents worth of thoughts, Not 5 bucks worth by any means 
Sponsorship could include some very cool businesses' easy..................
I wouldn't say membership is at an all time low; 30 members currently registered. Just lacking a bit of support from the vocal few that want something in return. That's fair, but if you really want change and a free T-shirt, then join WT float some ideas and make change from within.

I think we should include something with the membership and t shirt is a great option.
I
t shirts are inexpensive with a logo on them. ( through local printers or online)
I already have spoken to three people who would join if there was a club t. with membership.
Perhaps only available if you are a member?
We have to look forward, the learner boards help get new members from learners who hire, which give a "false" representation of membership.
If we can do a package with good t shirt and membership it should help build numbers from actual active windsurfers in Tassie

Great you're doing another run of T-shirts Karen. I'll get one! Good idea to limit the Windsurfing Tasmania T-shorts to members only, but I think it should be optional within the membership, as it will increase the cost of membership and not everyone is going to want one, especially those who join up as a 'social' member for $35 just to support the association. If the offer of a T-shirt increases membership, then that's great. Some people will also want a range of clothing with the logo, so need to cater for them as well (ie not just limit it to one T-shirt with membership)
The official Windsurfing TAS logo is shown below, so be good to have that somewhere on the sleeve unless we want to abandon it altogether, as it is a bit dated?

No Politics intended....Just a bit of perspective. WT membership $35.... board $2500 Mast $800 Carbon boom $1000 Sail quiver $3000 Annual fuel cost for windsurfing trips $2000....Perspective

Without trying to overcomplicate things, how about you only accept orders from members of Windsurfing Tasmania and they pay for their T-shirts.
