Drove past Kelvedon last Sunday looked pretty small from the road so walked around the point and found these 3/4 mast sets coming in. Wind was too light to sail but a perfect direction. How does this compare to Cremorne on the same day? Spoke to a local surfer Andy Hamilton he told me the best swell at that spot was a SW swell, not a S or SE, he doesn't know why it just happens.
Cremorne was tiny on the point and nothing left on sandbar , missed classic rodways too , the weekend that got away

So Saturday could have been pretty epic at Kelvo?
Bit of a SSW forecast for most of day at Maria tomorrow, not a great swell & I didn't get direction but probably worth monitoring in morning. Could be worth a trip to Kelvo.
What more can I say,Dementia has set in,or Alzheimer's, first of all its Dirty Harry, with the Terminator call signs, then it's ,south ,to south east, swells hitting east coast the same hour as it hits the south coast. Generally the day after Houston.
Unless it's Huge.?????????????????? Ask huey or put a web cam in! A low ,,,,,,,,,A low.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could crap on but couldn't handle the ribbing.

Rodway was open??? Wow it's been 11 yrs since that was last open, I'm surprised the tow still functions Sailing the east coast, all I can think of is that bloody shark lurking around out there.
