It is looking like WNW which works at any of the above, but I suspect that there will not be many bumps, and so Bellbuoy is likely to be the best spot for getting 'up'. East is also an option, so east side of Tamar I think.
Magic seaweed says the wind peak is later in the day, on the dropping tide, so the really hard bit is going to be watching it blow all day (23 knots at the moment) but watch and wait until after the high tide.
It sure was blowing.
I organised a downwinder with Mort on the NW coast- 20-30 knots. Full on.
Looks like everyone had some fun.
I suspect JS would have been at Bellbuoy to keep you company Geoff.
