This year at Stanley we will revamp an old trophy the cape country ocean classic this trophy has some history from the past dating back to 1983 , the competition will be run over 1 or 2 days using the GPS 5 format this should be great fun as it will allow competitors to go head-to-head on the same day on the same water. Briefing will be held at 10, caravan park car park on Saturday

Forecast is looking quite underwhelming wind wise. Is there likely to be any change to schedules?

I'm not on GPSTC, but logged today's results on KA72 for the first time. Started well, and fizzed as the wind dropped. On the positive side, I guess that makes them all PB's!
Good fun with a great bunch.

There lies the weakness in my strategy.. the gybe!
That's the next goal.. to get an alpha that counts .
... next year!
