yeah but....... you get to be entertained by the Bondi Vet performing mouth to mouth and CPR on a seagull or watch another tourist dying to get in a rip to be Bondied Rescued.
where as.... we get to watch native rodents scurry between the remaining foliage left by the tree vandals and the tourists take photo's of colorful weatherboard bathing boxes or Warnie's old place.
Then there is repeated races/triathlons that shut down Beach rd baring access to the car parks. No standing zone's also to appease the cyclists that use it for tour de France literal road warrior hell rides where the battle between heavy metal & lycra is fought over bitumen and lane space. Occasionally the unfortunate sound of sirens as another road warrior is carted away by the meat truck is a minor distraction by some, where as others ponder the council's latest $$$ "arty sculptures" & reduced and improved parking enhancement and beach access. Hows that for value!!!
