Does anyone have any broken booms lying around? I'm after aluminium boom ends to be recycled for a worthy cause
Send me a PM if you can help.
Interesting tool you have there. Looks like a sieve for combing the beach for lost goodies. or something to deep-fry cats
What is it Mikey?
Combing the beach for lost goodies is close. If it were for deep frying cats, there'd be a locking arrangement over the opening so they couldn't escape once they saw the bubbling oil.
It's actually a scoop to pick up horse manure, especially from the sand arenas. The commercially made ones are rubbish, so I've made a few decent ones for my daughters' pony club.
A word of advice- NEVER let your kids get involved with horses. Or you'll spend too many windy days out in a paddock with one of these things

Very good advice but sadly too late
Letting your wife get into horse riding is a good thing because you never have to justify your windsurfing gear purchases
Downside of that is generally you are too poor to afford anything anyway!
Partners and daughters who ride horses seems to be a theme.
There are pros and cons (the cons being mainly related to the cost), however I find that because they have a passion for horses they understand my passion for windsurfing
Pooper scooper?
Yup. The animal lovers get chitty if I call it a cat fryer.
Mikey - I've got 2 broken booms that I can donate. Was a rough (and expensive) summer
Located in Inverloch, but I'm in Melbourne for work 31st Aug - 2nd of Sep if that helps.
Thanks Dan. PM sent.
The new two bolt stability system is feeling good, so the shoulder is now ready for on-water testing, Craig. Might get my first sail this weekend since that fateful afternoon last December, if it blows OK.
