Even though it seems the Windang event has just past and many competitors have just competed at the Merimbula sailboard classic, in a weeks time the NSW Wavesailing Association will be converging at Wanda beach for the WANDA WAVE BASH.
Recently, there have been some epic sails at Wanda and the comp will hopefully throw up good conditions too.
As always, you will go into the draw to win a prize just by entering, and by pre-entering you get a second entrance into the draw, doubling your chance of winning. At this event you could win a Neilpryde MXT Extension, combine with a base.
To enter, just fill out the form (available at: nswwavesailing.org/2013/11/30/event-3-wanda-registration/) and send it back to us, and send the entrance fee ($45, or $25 for Juniors (+$35 Membership)) to our account.
See you there.
Forecast is looking good. Pre register by Friday 12pm to double your chances at winning the goodies.

just a shame the comp can't be shifted to Gerroa. Looking at the Sunday forecast it's almost too good to be true. Almost thinking about flying in just for that.
Speaking to people at Gerroa, its looking like gerroa will be flat by then. Wanda has been incredible this past week.

Competition has now been shifted to Gerroa.
dang... a little bit late to book a ticket from Singapore.
Have fun everyone. Please someone take some photos or even better produce a video ala Windang comp!

Sorry scratch that. It's booooooming in Sydney. . Big lulls which was what I saw on the webcam but in the flesh the sets were 3-4 x overhead. Neck still stuffed maybe next week can get back in water. Have fun down there.
I borrowed a deck plate of a bloke from Canberra., forgot his name.
If anyone knows who this was and his contact p.m me.
He had a big van and knew Craig ( who was was shredding yesterday, go in the comp next time...)
The loan was a massive life saver! Thanks
very nice!
Although I thought it would have been bigger. It looks like it was smaller than at the September a couple of years back albeit with more wind.
Any videos?
Plenty bigger ones around. The pics are of the inside section. The pics she took of the sets look crap because the all foam in front blocks the view of the ride. Maybe someone else had adequate elevation to get a better view.
Mental note, don't sail downwind of forest.
His rig landed at shoalhaven heads
