If the forecast hold true any thought of moving it to Windang.
My guess is there could end up being more sailors there than at Wanda.

What is Wanda like in a southerly????

I've not sailed down there before and only heard reports of how good it is in a N/E. Does it hold up well after a few days blowing?

Hi everyone,

With an east coast low developing and a very dynamic period. I am going to hold off on making a decision on the location of the event until tomorrow.

The good news is that with an east coast low, we will get wind and waves!!! I just want to try and make a call as to where the best location will be for everyone to get some nice wavesailing conditions in an unusual wind direction, so we will have to wait until the forecast is a little bit more solid before that decision is made.

Thanks everyone and it's going to be a great weekend somewhere! Sign on at nswwavesailing.org/

Cheers,
George

There are lots of possibilities for wind and waves. Perhaps we will see a NE on Sunday.
Who is doing the aerial in photo 1 of the poster? Nice!

I believe that would be Duncan Osbourne in a NEer at Wanda

Competition has been called off for today. Tomorrow is looking very promising with the swell hanging in and a 15kt north easterly forecast.

The prize giving BBQ will be at Mike Preswicks house. You can still come along and register there from 6pm tonight.

Call me on 0413656665 if you need directions.

Looking real good for tomorrow!!
