PM me if i have
(or publicly shame me on this thread)
Any danger of getting a name next to the sail number?
In the meantime, congratulations Mr /Mrs/ Ms /Miss AUS14 (PS; I know who you are...)

Stu, your public shaming wish granted ^^. I see numbers and names though. Not sure if it was a results edit but sure hope so.
Wouldn't want anything "dangerous" happening with words and numbers on Seabreeze.
Well done competitors.

Thanks Stu, we'll all have a beer on your behalf
Went to Melville and only took my 7.6m thinking the wind would be 10-15 average at best.
At times it felt close to 25 knots.
Could easily have been powered up on my 5.5 and small board. That was an experience I don't want to repeat.
Round 4 is officially postponed due to the forecast looking particularly bleak.
Stay tuned for further updates as SBYC should be able to host another race day closer to the end of season.

Congrats to all competitors as it was under very trying conditions.
Start boat was reading 24-30knts for most of the afternoon which made for some spectacular racing and equally spectacular crashes (Premo)

And Also the team at SBYC
Awesome time!! Well run event pumping out the heats on a really cool fast downwind course! I was well spent by the final heat training hard to get fit all week and holding the 7.7 north warp 2016, fanatic 112 2016 and Lockwood 37 weed (super fast fin) in 30 knots solid. Many were overpowered on 6.4 and below. I must be crazy. Couldn't compete in the last race after this little incident was knackered
The updated series standings are now online here windsurfingwa.tidyhq.com/public/pages/wa-slalom-series
Hopefully we can get a final round in, Stu isn't around for the next couple of weeks so if anyone else is keen to step up and help out please get in touch.
Well done to Terry who is still top. There'll be a discard with another scoring round so that means pretty much anyone in the top 10 still has a good chance of winning.
Good News, we will re-run the 2nd round of Patrik Slalom series on this Saturday. if you bough the tickets to round 2, there is no need to get them again. If you haven't but you want to compete please buy tickets online ($10) or on the day ($20). at this stage looks like the forecast is ok for the afternoon, we will aim for the briefing at 12pm and first possible starts at 1pm.
