Picked up these KA sails pretty cheaply and they work fine, 6.9 m cam and 4.4 m, any idea how old these sails would be? Are the new KA sails significantly better or lighter? The 6.9 is noticeably heavy once rigged up but got me comfortably from Pelican Point to Melville and back last Sunday on a 153 litre board in about 5 knot winds. Felt a bit like sailing a small yacht!

Cheers Kevin.

Best to grab stuff post around 2004. Sails of that vintage can often be picked up for <$100 and very hard to find a dud. Value for money is significantly better that, say, a 1994 sail for $50.
