Where is the spot .. where the cars are parked on the beach and the break in front?

A lot of the scenery looks exactly right for it to be Hangover bay, opposite the pinnacles (just to the south of Cervantes). but there are parts of it that don't quite look right (could just be the fact that its drone footage, not used to seeing it from that angle) Hard to tell exactly from the footage.

There are probably a number of spots that look like that on the shipwreck coast.

infamous, elusive and unreachable by us mere mortals

To get to "The Spot" you must first stand on any Geraldton street corner at 11:63am (Senegalese time) and await the arrival of 3 Germans in an ancient van. Face Southeast if the wind is 30+ knots or Southwest if it's under 30 knots. Spin thrice on the spot and take 2.63 steps forward. The Germans three will take you to coronation beach where you must prove your worth over the course of a single, gruelling week. If you pass, they will give you the directions to "The spot" which you must complete in reverse order. Hope that helps!

Looks a bit like Hangover carpark but I've never seen breaking waves like that there. Extreme low tide maybe?
Also, where's the Island?
Could be almost anywhere on the West coast

Yes, that was really the main thing that makes me think it might not be Hangovers. And as you say there are probably many spots that resemble Hangover bay.
