The UWA Outdoor Club would appreciate the bike trailer so that the people without roof racks can transport gear from the boat shed to Pelican point. Is it still available?

Hey everyone,

Had my first crack at windsurfing today in Melville. Was on my mates board and its safe to say I'm pretty addicted.
Does anyone have any learner/easy-to-ride equipment they want to get rid of? Managed to stand up and get moving a little which i was pumped about but I think I probably looked dangerous haha No worries if its a little worn and damaged, just want to get learning so I can get better then upgrade.

PS I volunteer for Freo sea rescue and have picked up a few wind surfers, didn't see what the big deal was...until now!!!

Thanks heaps!

Have a look on Gumtree. Some dude is selling a crapload of gear in Waikiki, cheap apparently! You might find something that fits your needs. Take a mate with you so you make the right decision. See link below. Not sure if it is legit as the same seller is selling some other boards for real cheap and that add looks sus. But it won't hurt to try.

This Gentleman lives across the road from the Pond in Safety Bay.
He is one of the kindest persons I have met.
Go down and get yourself sorted.

Thanks everyone. Unfortunately all the beginner boards are taken and the ones that are left are high end 4000 dollar boards he is selling for a grand or so.
Thanks for the heads up though. Still looking :)

Gaastra Pure Freestyle Wave sails available in the following sizes and conditions:
4.4 Hole in main panel - stickered up, still strong.
4.8 Big Hole in main panel, easy to tape.
5.4 Small hole in lower panel, taped up, still solid.

These sails have still got some good life in them for someone looking to get into freestyle, especially good for early planing and low end power whilst being very light and manoeuvrable.

Mid-90's Bic Rumba Fun Slalom 310 Board, with 2x carbon masts, 2x booms and 3 sails. Booms and sails in great condition. The board has a small surface crack and one of the booms is iffy. I have loads of fun on this spread, but my back won't let me sail anymore.
Pick up the lot in Leederville - no splitting.

Neil pride 5.6 Zone. Put my hand through the 3rd panel unfortunately! If repaired would be a decent sail still! Sms 0432480915 for photos or if you want to grab it as I don't check here often.
