You're all bastards because i'm stuck at work and you're going to score some epic full frontal action.
To ease some of my pain & and to share some of your stoke, please post photos here of where you were sailing, so me and other poor saps like me can escape the dreariness of working weekends if for only a few moments.
Lucky Bay around 11:30am. 35 + knots. the wind weakened slightly in the afternoon. A lot of people out and just one kite.

Miserable day for me due to being on too big a sail.
5.5m was at least a metre too big. My 3.3m would have been perfect in the gusts that were just huge.
To those that missed it - you were the real winners.
Melville about 11 AM
At about 12 it was perfect for a 4.2 and wave board most of the time, little bit light in the lulls but almost never too much. Actually quite sunny in patches.
I sailed Dutchies 3:30 - 5, with 2-3 other guys. In that direction the best area was from south of the groyne to Leighton Beach - got some good long runs across the bay and through Cables. Some good sized peaks rolled through there. Way overpowered on my 4.5 blade though! I can't understand why so few were out, considering the alternatives if like me you didn't have time to drive outside Perth metro area...
