If someone knows this person could they please pass on that taking up 5 parking spots at Melville Beech car park was not cool.
Especially as the kite training was being done South 400 meters away in the park.
There are no parking restrictions along the road where they were training.
1,2,3,4,5 steezy photoshop skills. But I agree thats some rubbish and inconsiderate parking. The kiteboarders name will remain mud with antics like this.
Give the fella a break....he came down for smoko, there was no one at the parking lot...then went for a kite and was attacked by sharkie....isn't that what really happend?

Seriously, I thought I took the piss when I parked there, but would have really appreciated it if you voiced your concerns to me directly instead of publicly.

Champ, I see you advertised to run some lessons in Tassie if required. Always glad to have someone come down but if that's your best parking effort then you'd better start practising. Tassie's on only small, we don't have enough room for that, might cut it on the big island but not here. Also if you want to bring that big rig over on the boat you'd better make sure you've got about 8000 lessons booked up before you'll make any profit. TT line know how to charge.
Perhaps it's time to take a deep breath and have a look at the reality of the situation. Sometimes Melville gets a bit crowded and you may have a small walk to where you want to kite or sail. You will still get a sail or a kite in. No need to panic. If it's that big a problem surely you could just talk to the guy as opposed to the good ol internet witch hunt.

So he`s taken up 5 spots. Is he there every day? Was there absoloutly no other place to park for others. Was it that big a deal? Sometimes we just need to take a chill pill.

The sign on the car says windsurfing and surfing lessons as well- pole dancing trouble makers need to leave the kite crew alone.
There are good windsurfers- the majority are cool people but some seem to want to take thios rivalry thing way too seriously....can't we be friends ?

"this is the kind of kite idiot that we have to deal with" generalises the situation- it is one person who offers lessons in multiple disciplines. He may be a kiter a windsurfer or a surfer or all.........
Some idiots are kiters, some kiters are idiots- this is true of any group in society, there are always a few who ruin it for the rest. I find it offensive when some- and there are only a few- jump on the we hate kiters bandwagon and start shooting their mouths off.
It frustrates me that I can have a beer with a windsurfer and a laugh yet on these forums we hate each other.....

4 bays too many should be 4 fines for illegal parking
Easy fixed guys. Thats at the end of the parking bays, just park him in, have your session and dont get mad, get even. Seriously, inconsiderate.
